Is one of the best specialist Companies in the field of Electro-Mechanical Services Contractors. Established in September 1989, the company is still   privately owned and is still managed by the creator Eng. Mohamed El Shaffer today. Graduating from faculty of engineering Alexandria University in 1972, Beginning as a site Engineer from 1972 to 1975, With the Arab Contractors, Co.Responsible for Mechanical Erection and Commissioning of Crushers, belt Conveners, Screening Machines, Steam Boilers and Turbines, Water Treatment  Plant and High Capacity Ventilation Installation, at the Iron and Steel Complex, Cairo, Egypt. These Tasks Have Been Supervising by Grate Meatless Export Co, of USSR.

 

 

From year 1975 till 1981, he worked as  Project Engineering, with the Arab  Contractors Co., Libya Branch on the Phase Contract at AL Fateh University  Tripoli. Phase (1) Consists of: Faculty of Education, Faculty of Agriculture, Dining  Halls &Kitchen and High Voltage laboratory. The Work Was Commissioning of  Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System (3000 T.R) in Addition to Heated  / Cooled Ceiling, Cold Rooms, Growth Chambers, Pneumatic & Electrical Controls,  Full Range of Kitchen Equipment 12000 meal/ day … etc. Vacuum, gas, water,  compressed air and steam distribution Network these tasks were Under the Supervision of  James Cubit & partners, (Over Arab & partners) of England one of  the best specialist Consultants in the field of Electro-Mechanical, &  Architects

From year 1981 till 1986, he worked as Manager of Air Conditioning & Mechanical Services Section of the Arab Contractors Co. Libya Branch

From year 1986 till 1989, he worked as Executive Manager of Mechanical  Engineering Group Co. (MEGCO, Private co.,) Mr. Shafiey was one of the main  Shareholder Before in this Company
